Mission Statement
About Us
The Western North Carolina Cancer Consortium is comprised of a group of medical professionals, paraprofessionals, physical therapists, nonprofit directors, support group leaders, patient advocates, and others who have come together to assist cancer patients and their families as they wander through the maze from cancer diagnosis to survivorship transitions.
Become a Member
Anyone who works in, or is involved in, a cancer-related role is welcome to become a member of the consortium. Members of the consortium are invited to also join the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee is a member representative group that meets prior to quarterly meetings to discuss agendas, calendar events, topics of interest, and project future activities.
Cancer Resources
A comprehensive list of resources is currently being compiled to link patients and their families with information and assistant agencies, organizations, and nonprofits.
