The consortium usually meets quarterly within a year beginning with the second Tuesday in February. A meeting may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or scheduled on a different date to accommodate a guest speaker. An exact location and meeting room is emailed to members several weeks prior to each meeting or when details are confirmed by the host organization.
